About COGNITA LABS

COGNITA LABS is an independent applied research institute focused on human factors, cognitive workload and human-computer interaction. We work at the intersection of behavioral science and system design — helping organizations understand not just what users say they want, but how they actually perform under real operating conditions.

Our studies combine task performance metrics, physiological measures and structured observation to answer specific, operational design questions rather than produce generic usability scorecards.

Why This Matters

Interfaces that look clean in a demo often fail under cognitive load, time pressure, or multi-tasking conditions. We exist to find those failure points before they become safety incidents or costly redesigns.

Research Independence

Findings are documented and published according to the methodology used, independent of which organization funded the underlying study. Client-funded research follows the same protocols as internally initiated studies.
